Saturday October 28 – Glen Dessarry
Sgùrr nan Coireachan, 953m, Munro – peak of the corries
Not to be confused with a Munro with the same name in Glenfinnan, Sgùrr nan Coireachan in Glen Dessarry is often the first summit when completing the Sgùrr na Ciche Munros or on a long summer day combined with Sgùrr Mór or the Corbett Sgùrr Cos na Breachd-laoidh.
For our outing on October 28, a number of members have indicated they still have this hill to complete despite several visits to the area during which the other summits have been bagged.
There is an option to cycle the long walk in and out if you have a suitable bicycle and means of transport.
