Lochaber Rotary Club celebrated the 73rd anniversary of receiving its charter with an adventurous and deliciously succulent seven-course international meal on Saturday November 4.
The meal was created by the team of chefs at the Alexandra Hotel in Fort William. Each course was accompanied by a matching glass of wine.
The evening was ably hosted by club President Flora McKee.
Immediate past-president Simon Hardiman performed the duty of sommelier with a humorous and informative description of each of the wines on offer.
President Flora was fulsome with her thanks to the hotel staff and gave a brief summary of the range of community-supportive activities performed by the club over the past year.
