COOK – Alexander Rodger. Peacefully at Hermitage House Nursing Home, Helensburgh on November 4, 2023, aged 81 years. Formerly of Streetly, West Midlands. Beloved husband of Rosalynd and loving father to Elizabeth (Liz), father-in-law to Finlo and grandpa to Ruari and Finlay. Will be forever missed. Funeral at 11:15am on Friday November 24 at Cardross Crematorium. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend. This service will be live streamed for those unable to attend in person. MITCHELL – (Banchory, Aberdeenshire). Peacefully at Rosewell House, Aberdeen on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, David Thomas Somerled, aged 83 years. Born near Kilchoan, Ardnamurchan. Beloved husband of the late Edna, father of Ian and Scott, father-in-law of Fiona and Jess, grandfather of Murdo, Rory, Ishbel and Quinton, brother of George and the late Johnny and brother-in-law to Ann and the late Herbert. Service in Baldarroch Crematorium, Crathes, Aberdeenshire on Monday, November 20 at 1pm to which all friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please but donations, if desired, to Parkinson’s UK.
