Ardnamurchan High School pupils go on plastic crusade

Ardnamurchan High School vice-captain, Duncan Cameron, with the support of the S6 team, have purchased new metal water bottles for every pupil in the school in an effort to increase the use of water fountains in the school and reduce plastic waste.

Head teacher Christopher Millar-Craig said: “Duncan and S6’s fundraising has been extremely successful and we are very hopeful that this project will reduce the use of single used plastic bottles around the school.”
