Trust Housing celebrate a half century of care

A day of celebrations took place at both Trust retirement housing developments on Arran last week, organised by housing coordinator Angela Glendinning, to mark its 50th birthday.

Celebrations have taken place throughout Trust developments over the last couple of months. Trust Housing was originally Kirk Care, it was then re-branded in 2004 as Trust Housing.

Julie Max, a professional female vocalist who came highly recommended, gave an outstanding performance at both Glen Estate in Brodick and McKelvie Road in Lamlash providing a wide range of music to suit everyone. Julie is a wonderful talent absolutely sensational. Tenants had a wonderful time and everyone who attended thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment and refreshments.

There were identical 50th birthday cakes at both events. 01_B41trust01_23_birthday_cake
