Children from pre-school to primary 7 have been enjoying fun football sessions in Lochaber High School during the October school holidays.
Run jointly by Fort William Football Club and Highlife Highland, the youngsters were coached by Fort William manager Alan Gray and first team players Doeimassei Muller Doguie and Lerlah Hay.
The line-up was completed by Fort Football Club chairman Robert Coull and Highlife volunteer Archie MacDonald.
Three sessions took place out of the rain in the games hall where the future footballers were put through basic individual moves, learning how to control the ball, tackle skilfully, work as part of a team and, of course, how to score goals.
The coaches were kept busy throughout the day and the youngsters had fun and picked up a few tips on ‘the beautiful game’.
