Visitor attraction requires volunteers for variety of roles

Have you visited the West Highland Museum and ever wondered who works there, what they do and why?

A dedicated team of volunteers work tirelessly to ensure the museum remains the highly-accredited visitor attraction it is today.

The museum could not continue without their support and is actively looking for more like-minded people from the community to join them.

It is not only about welcoming visitors, there are many areas of the museum that need your help, and you do not need to be an expert in history and heritage either.

If you have any skills you would like to share, you want to meet new people, or just give a little back to a good cause, then you could help out to help you.

The museum is hosting a coffee morning on Friday November 3 at 10.30am when  members of the community can go along and meet some of the team and learn more about how to get involved.

You can also follow the museum on social media or take a look at its website.
