Abusive behaviour

A 31-year-old man was arrested and charged after allegedly verbally abusing members of the public in an aggressive and threatening manner after police officers attempted to get him to go home when he was causing issues in the street in Longrow, Campbeltown, at about 11pm on Saturday October 21.

Hospital treatment

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man allegedly required hospital treatment for injuries following a disturbance in Burnside Street, Campbeltown, between midnight and 2am on Thursday October 26. Vehicle seized

Just after midnight on Sunday October 29, police saw a man leaving a pub and starting to reverse a car out of a space in Burnside Square car park. The officers conducted a check of the 65-year-old man and vehicle, and allegedly found he did not have a valid licence, thus invalidating any insurance. He was charged with the offences and the vehicle was seized.
