Three young players from Fort William Football Club are celebrating after lifting the 2023 Nordic Cup in Sweden.
Having taken part in training camps in Kinlochleven last year, Finlay Gillespie, Kerr McKinnon and Levi Maclean were selected by Coerver Scotland, from 4200 players attending their programs across Scotland, to be part of their National squad.
They flew out to Sweden on Friday November 10 to take part in the Nordic Cup
The lads were up against teams from Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Denmark and finished as victors with a 5-1 victory over an Icelandic team in the final.
The trio are all currently playing within the Fort William FC youth development set-up.
